But I think this topic was related to WIP: Island Villa afgana 10x10 km, which is now available to download.
It is now called: Helmand Valley.

NOTE: There has been an update since.

Progress looks fantastic. 10x10km. It uses a Y shaped river system. The river system contains settlements along it's entire lengths. It has one isolated airport.
Only rough bit I saw was the island edges & some mountains are still extruding very roughly, but you can design your mission away from that.
Give it a few days to verify, but I'd say we could use it already and it's nice and small.

It's a good replacement for Afghan Village.
Although Aiatalik Island looks stunning to fly around, on the ground it's a different story especially for vehicles. This would also save having to be creating those towns on Aiatalik.
Helmand Valley would be ideal for the smaller TEWT styled missions.

Yeah, that island is crazy-pretty.

As for Alatalikalkelik--vehicles schmehicles, that kind of rock cover makes for some amazing infantry firefights.
